to the Governor of Hong Kong.

armed launches proposals approved. Admiralty have

authorised Commander in Chief to conclude agreement

for 12 months if considered desirable provided Admiralty

may terminate it at one month's notice. Admiralty will

not insure their share of liability but you should insure

Hong Kong share at rate quoted.
